The 2017 STC indexes are out!
We have released our 20 indexes for 2017 with numerous changes since last year.
The number of cities has been expanded from 75 to 178 for most indexes, the others being the University, Luxury and Economic Power rankings that survey all the cities in the world.
We’ve also published for the first time six additional reports on the Luxury, Economic Power, University, Passport, Taxation and Real Estate indexes.
We have used new methodology to calculate our index for the Passport ranking, making it much more precise in its value.
The Taxation Index this year has had all its data entries linked to governmental sources as references, and covers all the relevant taxes applicable to someone living in a specific city for 2017.
