Working with a Competent Agent

Interested parties can benefit from submitting their applications for citizenship through a competent agent. Usually, agents are law firms that are familiar with the details of the application process and ensure everything is processed efficiently. This helps ease the responsibility placed on applicants because an agent checks all documents and application materials before submission, works with the government of St. Kitts & Nevis, and acts as a liaison back to the applicant.

Application Procedure

Once the decision to apply is final, the agent will review the details of the process, but at a high level, the process requires document preparation, due diligence, approval, and finally, the passports are received.

Document Collection & Review

Before pulling together and checking documents, our team will conduct a preliminary screening to identify any potential problems with an applicant’s history. Once complete, it is time to pull together the legal and financial documents required for the St. Kitts & Nevis Citizenship by Investment Program. A few of the required documents are a birth certificate, certificate of no criminal record, and new passport photos.

Due Diligence

Once all documents have been reviewed by our team, everything is sent to the government of St. Kitts & Nevis for a due diligence check. This step is required for everyone over 16 years of age.

Approval & Investment

Once approved by St. Kitts & Nevis, the applicant is required to make the obligatory investment of their choice within 90 days. Purchasing real estate that qualifies or contributing to the Sustainable Development Fund is required before the process is finalized.

Passport Granted

At this point, passports are sent to each individual in the application within 4 weeks after the investment is complete. Now, applicants and their families can consider themselves citizens of St. Kitts & Nevis.
