Client Advisor — Remote/Global

 

Our firm helps individuals and families from all over the world to obtain citizenship and residency in new countries. We’re seeking people who are switched on, proactive and motivated to help our clients worldwide obtain new citizenships and residencies.

As a remote Client Advisor at Global Residence Index, you will be responsible for incoming leads consisting of potential clients from all over the world. A Client Advisor understands the requirements, procedures, benefits, and nuances of the citizenship and residency programs that we work with, and utilizes this knowledge to identify the most desirable solution for each of our clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Qualifying and engaging incoming leads
  • Owning your sales cycle from start to finish
  • Answering clients’ questions clearly and professionally
  • Arranging and conducting online meetings with interested clients
  • Advising clients on the citizenship & residency programs we offer
  • Being the clients’ main point of contact, while coordinating with our processing team
  • Meeting monthly sales quotas
  • Organizing and conducting online webinars in collaboration with our marketing team
  • (Potentially) Arranging and conducting physical meetings with interested clients (for which domestic travel may be necessary)

 

Qualifications

  • Prior consulting or sales experience
  • Strong Communication skills – written and verbal
  • Strong networking and relationship-building ability
  • Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills
  • A multitasker and problem solver with confidence and a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated professionalism at all times
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Exceptional at staying organized and being able to prioritize
  • Ability to thrive in a task and goal-driven sales environment
  • A degree in business, economics, or law is not a requirement but will be considered an advantage
  • Experience within our industry is not a requirement but will be considered an advantage
  • Ability to travel to meet with clients is not a requirement but will be considered an advantage
